• Start by telling a story and acting it out like we practiced
• One person not in the story draws a map of decision points
• Once the story is over they go on stage and ask where a decision might be different
• You go back to that moment and take the story in a different direction
• Repeat the inflection points once more
• Tell the story one more time

• Monoscene - dinner - WHAT moment!
• After we’ve seen that play out - someone steps on and asks for a different direction to go in
• We go back to that moment and go in a new direction
• Repeat twice more
